Our concerts are held in order to raise money for Charities.
We have two forthcoming concerts in 2026 to contribute further. On Saturday June 13th we will be joined by a Military Wives choir and (hopefully) the brilliant Willshire Piano Duo. In November we have an established star performer in celebrated Harpist Harriet Earis and are joined by the excellent City of Bath Male Choir.
in 2025 we supported Charities in Newport and Swansea with fundraising performances and here in Cirencester we raised more than £5000 in two concerts for the Longfield Hospice and for the Severn Freewheelers, the volunteer-run “Blood Bikes” charity.
Longfield Hospice provides compassionate care for adults in Gloucestershire with life-limiting conditions and supports their families and carers.
We extend our thanks soloist Harriet Perfect, to the Gwalia Singers, the Willshire Piano Duo, and, of course, the generous people of Cirencester and the surrounding villages, who helped us raise such a fantastic sum.
A combination of fine music and local generosity combined to raise an impressive £2,555 in support of Severn Freewheelers. We were joined by two exceptional Welsh choirs – Parti Llwchwr and the massed voices of the Morriston Rugby Club Male Choir – for a memorable concert raising vital funds for a life-saving cause.
The Freewheelers are a free, out of hours charity service constantly delivering blood, human tissue and other essential medical items. They are literally life-savers. All riders are volunteers and hold a current Advanced riding qualification. Ultimately, a professional team delivering a professional service, FREE to the NHS at the point of use.

In 2024 the wonderful support from the people of Cirencester allowed us to give substantial donations to The Holly Gazzard Trust, Cirencester Opportunity Group, Cirencester Citizens Advice Bureau. We also donated to Oak and Furrows Wildlife Centre and the Cirencester Branch of Parkinson’s UK.
