We hope to see you at one or more of our public events planned for this year.

Wednesday 19th February – Concert with Southampton Youth Concert Sinfonia (Cirencester)

The Sinfonia Concert Orchestra is an ensemble within Southampton Music Hub, a partnership of local, regional and national organisations, who work together with young musicians to build a programme of music making that reflects the cultural diversity of the city.  We are delighted to join them on one of their rare visits to Cirencester, at Cirencester Baptist Church, Chesterton Lane, starting at 7:00pm.  Tickets available on the door or by emailing anna.robinson@southamptonmusichub.org. Adults £8 Concessions £6 Under 18s £1

Saturday 2nd May  – Concert in aid of Acorns Hospice for Children (Rodmarton)

This concert at 7:30pm in Rodmarton Village Hall has been organised by the Rodmarton local community and is in aid of a very worthwhile charity.  Back in 2014 the Choir performed there to an appreciative and enthusiastic audience. Ticketing details to follow.

Saturday 30th May – Concert with Malmesbury Community Choir (Cirencester)

Since it was formed in 2013 and recruited no less than 80 members, MCC have worked hard to achieve their aim of singing professional quality, four part harmony pieces from all types of music. Under the talented, tough and enthusiastic guidance of their Musical Director, Laurie Jones, they have created something they’re really proud of.  We were fortunate to perform with them in the wonderful Malmesbury Abbey in 2016. This concert will be in support of the Big Yellow Bus charity which provides overnight accommodation for those in need in Cirencester.. Ticketing details to follow.

Friday 19th June – Sunday 22nd June – Nottingham Tour

Following the success of our trip to Cornwall in 2018 we are making a short tour to Nottingham and its surroundings.  On the evening of Friday 19th June we will be singing with Ratcliffe Chorale in St Mary’s Church, Barkby.  On Saturday watch out for an impromptu open air performance in Lincoln.  Saturday evening we have a joint concert at Bingham with Radcliffe on Trent Male Voice Choir.

Saturday 26th September – Concert with Hereford Rail Male Voice Choir (Cirencester)

We’ve been invited to sing as guests at this concert being held in our own Parish Church in Cirencester. This charity orientated choir, numbering around 25, will be singing from their extensive repertoire, possibly mixed with a humorous interlude from their MC, to provide an excellent evening’s entertainment. The concert is in aid of church funds. Ticketing details to follow.

Our Christmas Concert

We are putting together plans for a Christmas Concert involving other local choirs.  Details to follow.
