Cirencester MVC are holding an open rehearsal on Monday 27 January 2020 at 19.30. Anyone who signs up to join us as a paying member on the night will get a Free Beer in the pub afterwards
This is one of those rare deals where there really isn’t a catch. Cirencester Male Voice Choir has been established in the town since 2009. In the last 10 years we have done some great things. We have sung at all sorts of exciting venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, the Colston Hall, Worcester Cathedral and The Eden Project.
We regularly go on tour. In 2018 we went to Cornwall and in June this year we are going to Nottingham. As well as that we take part in lots of events in and around Cirencester.
Open Rehearsal – Monday 27 January 2020 at 19.30
Everyone is welcome to join us at our open rehearsal on Monday 27 January. We meet at Cirencester Parish Church (in Market Square) at 7.30pm. You don’t need to pre-book or fill out any tedious application forms. Just turn up and you will be made to feel welcome.
What if I can’t sing?
Everyone always says ‘I’d love to join a choir but I can’t sing’. The thing is that’s probably not true. And the only way to find out is to give it a go. Even if you’ve only ever sung in the shower or in the car. Cirencester MVC is not an auditioned choir. You won’t have to sing a solo. Just come along and meet our music team and they will find you a place in the choir. You don’t need to be able to read music and it’s fine if you’ve never been in a choir before.
All you need is a desire to be part of a fun and dynamic group. We look forward to meeting you on Monday.
